Pressed Glass Tea

 A lovely afternoon of tea with pressed glass and china.  In honor of friendship, we talked of Barack Obama’s inauguration, how to brave the cold, how to get there.  Then there were Oprah and her crises, our children, the average loss of worth, then back to the beauty around us.  Yes, our friendship elevated, transported us to times past and a hope of what is to come.
