Black Friday, no day to savor last night’s Thanksgiving feast. The papers were heavier with ads than they were with content and here we are putting forth our own Christmas decorations. It’s a funny thing about using lilies. I’ve kept these in the sunlight and close to a heat source. It’s Friday and such an arduous question, how open do the lilies have to be before we arrange them. A friend had no sympathy over our dilemma. He said, “It’s better than fighting with lawyers.”
